Can Your Translator Come To Court And Speak For My Witness At Trial?
No. We handle court documents and recordings only, and we never attend hearings. Malaysian courts run their own jurubahasa service, so ask the registry or counsel early. We can still translate written statements and evidence before the trial date.
Do You Offer Court Approved Translation Services, Or Does Any Court Keep A List?
As far as we know, no Malaysian court publishes a list of approved private translators. The judge weighs each translation and who made it. Ours is independent, complete and signed, and we never claim to be court-appointed.
For A Civil Claim In A Shah Alam Or KL Court, Must Every Exhibit Be In Bahasa Malaysia?
In civil cases, Order 92 says filed documents shall be in the national language. English exhibits may go in with or without a translation. Chinese and other papers need one, and counsel makes the final call.
My Case Is At The Kota Kinabalu Or Kuching High Court. Which Language Is Needed?
Usually English. Order 92 of the Rules of Court 2012 names English for documents filed in Sabah and Sarawak. Your counsel confirms the choice for each exhibit.

My Regulator Only Accepts Work By Certified Court Translators. Will Yours Do?
Probably not, and we would rather tell you now. The Malaysian Medical Council's TPC guideline, for example, lists court translators, government agencies, university language officers and embassy officers. We are a private company, so ask that body before ordering.
