Chinese To English Tenancy Agreement Translation Sample For Malaysia
Chinese to English is the pair people ask us for most often. This invented extract comes from a Chinese residential lease. Clause numbers stay fixed, and both parties keep their Party A and Party B labels. Amounts stay in the original currency. The English uses plain contract words such as shall, so your Malaysian lawyer can check each line quickly.

How Long Does A Contract Or POA Translation Usually Take?
A POA or short agreement is usually ready in one to two working days. A contract of about forty pages often takes two to four working days. A notary or embassy step adds its own days, which we state in the quote.
Must The Original Legal Paper Be Posted, Or Will A Scan Do?
A clear scan or phone photo is enough for the translation. Seals, stamps and handwritten notes must be readable in it. If you add a notary step, we tell you early whether any paper copy is needed.
Can You Translate A Chinese Real Estate Certificate Into English For My Lawyer?
Yes, this is one of our most common requests. We work from Simplified or Traditional Chinese. Every owner name, address, area and certificate number is copied exactly, then signed and chopped.
Can You Translate Just One Section Or A Page Range Of A Long Contract?
Yes. Tell us the section or the page numbers, and we count only those words. Image-only or signature pages can be left out. The copy notes which pages were translated.
Our Adoption Order Must Go To The Chinese Embassy. Can Both Legal Papers Be Done Together?
