Translation In Other Languages In Malaysia: The Translator Others Could Not Find

Three agencies said no. The embassy suggested someone who never replied. Sound familiar? Our translation in other languages covers the papers others turn away: Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Bengali, Burmese, Khmer, Nepali, Urdu and dozens more. We find a native translator, check the work twice and sign it. We also tell you early if your destination wants its own appointed translator instead.

Yes, very likely. We translate written papers and recordings in many languages beyond our main list, into English or Malay and back. A native translator handles each file, from Spanish translation to Burmese, and a second person checks it. Rare pairs take longer, and we give you a real date before you pay.

  • Native translator matched to each file
  • Second check on names, dates, figures
  • Honest dates, even for rare pairs
  • Foreign translator rules explained first

No payment until you say yes to the price.

Actas, Akten And Rare Script Certificates Translated For Malaysia

Foreign papers look nothing like a Malaysian sijil. A Russian certificate puts the father's name inside the child's name. A Spanish acta lists two surnames. A Bangladesh NID mixes Bengali and English on one card. We have seen these layouts many times. Below are the papers rare-language customers send most, each linked to its own page.

Most common

Russian Translation Malaysia Sample: Patronymics, Seals And Spelled-Out Dates

Russian papers show why native readers matter. This invented birth certificate has three name parts: surname, first name and patronymic. The date is written in words as well as numbers. The ZAGS office seal must be described, not skipped. Образцова comes from образец, which means sample, so no real person appears here.

What rare languages hide

Patronymics, Nepali Calendars And Scripts Rarely Seen In Malaysia

Rare languages hide traps that general translators miss. A name may have no surname at all. A date may sit in a calendar most people never use. A stamp may be in a third language. These six points are what our linguists check first, so Malaysian offices and foreign desks can trust each line.

  • Patronymics And Double Surnames

Russian names carry the father's name, like Sergeyevna. Spanish papers often show two surnames, father's then mother's. We keep every part in passport order.

  • Calendars That Are Not Western

Nepal uses Bikram Sambat, so BS 2081 began in April 2024. Iranian and Afghan papers use the solar Hijri year. We convert each date and keep the original.

  • Names With No Fixed Spelling

Burmese names have no surname, and Bengali or Urdu names are spelled many ways. We copy the passport, then use that spelling everywhere.

  • Same Language, Different Country

Brazilian and European Portuguese differ in terms and spelling. Mexican and Spanish forms differ too. We ask which country will read the copy.

  • Right-To-Left And Mixed Pages

Urdu runs right to left, often with English words inside. We keep the line order clear and mark which words were already English.

  • Foreign Stamps And Legalisation Marks

Many papers carry a ministry or consular stamp in a third language. We translate every stamp, so the whole chain stays visible.

Not sure which language your paper is in? Send a photo. We identify it before quoting.

How a rare job is staffed

Sourcing And Double-Checking A Native Translator For Your Language

Rare-language work needs one extra step: finding the right person. We match each file to a native translator who also writes strong English or Malay. Our certified English translation Malaysia work then runs fully online, so that translator can sit in Kathmandu, Lisbon or Yangon. You approve the price and the date before anyone starts.

  1. Step 1

    Send A Clear Photo

Any language is fine. If you cannot name the script, we identify it for you.

  2. Step 2

    We Find The Linguist

We match a native translator with strong English or Malay. Rare pairs can take a day or two.

  3. Step 3

    Fixed Price, Honest Date

You see one total and a realistic date. Rare languages are never promised same-day.

  4. Step 4

    Spellings Confirmed First

We list every name from your passport, so the copy matches it exactly.

  5. Step 5

    Second Reader Checks

A second linguist checks meaning. Where none exists, a reviewer checks every name, date and number.

  6. Step 6

    Statement, Signature, Chop

Each copy gets our translator statement, a signature and the company chop, plus a notary if needed.

  7. Step 7

    Email First, Courier After

The finished PDF comes by email. Paper copies go by courier anywhere in Malaysia or Singapore.

What rare costs

Rarer Languages, Fair Ringgit Quotes From Our Malaysia Desk

Rare languages cost a little more, because fewer skilled translators exist. Spanish or Russian usually costs less than Khmer, Sinhala or Burmese. Timing works the same way, and we never pretend a rare pair is quick. Here are the starting rate, the extras your file may need, and honest timings from our Malaysia desk. Every fee is listed before you pay.

Starting price

RM120

per page, starting price

RM120 is where a clear page in a common foreign language starts. Rarer pairs, handwriting and extra steps raise it, and your quote shows exactly how.

Get my exact price

What decides your final price

  • How Rare The Pair Is

Spanish into English is easier to staff than Khmer into Malay.

  • Direct Or Via English

A few pairs, such as Burmese into Malay, may pass through English first. We say so before you pay.

  • Pages And Density

A one-page certificate costs less than a dense court judgment.

  • Handwriting And Stamps

Handwritten civil records and faded stamps need careful reading.

  • Office Steps Abroad

A notary seal or embassy step is a separate line.

  • Deadline And Courier

Rush work depends on the translator's time. Paper copies cost extra to send.

In a hurry? Spanish, Russian or Portuguese pages can sometimes be rushed if a translator is free. For Burmese, Khmer or Sinhala, we confirm the translator's time before we promise any date.

Traps we steer you around

Spain, Netherlands And JPJ: Rare Language Traps In Malaysia

Rare-language files rarely fail on grammar. They fail because nobody checked the receiving country's rule first. These six problems come from real customer stories, not from any official list. We look for each one before quoting. Sometimes the honest answer is that another route suits you better, and we tell you that too.

  • Certified Copy Sent To Spain

Spanish immigration takes translations from its own appointed traductor jurado or a Spanish consulate. A Malaysian company copy may be refused.

We show you Spain's rule first. Often the consulate route is right, and we say so.

  • Foreign Licence Taken To JPJ

JPJ usually wants the embassy or ITBM to translate a foreign licence for conversion.

We tell you before you pay, so you never buy a copy JPJ will not take.

  • Assuming Dutch Is Required

The Dutch government page also allows English, French or German copies of Malay papers, under its own translator and legalisation rules.

We read that rule with you and explain which steps our copy covers and which it cannot.

  • One Name, Three Spellings

A Bengali or Burmese name looks different on the passport, the certificate and the form. Officers then question the link.

We copy the passport spelling everywhere and add a short note for any real difference.

  • Applicant Translating It Alone

A self-made copy has no signed company statement. ECFMG, for one, refuses translations made by the applicant.

Our signed statement, letterhead and chop give the office a named, contactable source.

  • Only The English Half Done

Mixed papers, like an English letter with Urdu lines, get half-translated. The evidence then has gaps.

We translate every line in every language and mark what was already English.

Turned down abroad already? Send the officer's message. We tell you honestly whether we can fix it, or who can.

From people told no elsewhere

Expats And Mixed Families Rate Our Rare-Language Work

People often write to us after hearing no from everyone else. Couples marrying across borders, students from Nepal, retirees on long-stay passes and small firms with one odd invoice all appear here. Their papers came in Spanish, Russian, Urdu, Khmer and more. What they valued most was a straight answer, early, about what would work.

Burmese, Bengali, Spanish And Other Language Doubts We Answer

Still not sure?

Send your question with the quote form. A translator replies, not a bot.

Ask your question

Three Agencies Said No To My Language. How Do You Find A Translator?

We search our network of native translators, many of whom live in their home countries. If we cannot find someone qualified, we say so plainly. You pay only after a translator is confirmed and you accept the price.

Will Spain Accept A Spanish-Language Copy Made In Malaysia?

Usually not for immigration. Spain's rules name its own appointed translators (traductor jurado) or a Spanish consulate. Ask the Spanish office first, and we help you read its reply.

My Driving Licence Is In Dutch. Can Your Other-Language Team Prepare It For JPJ?

For a JPJ conversion, JPJ usually wants the embassy or ITBM to translate it. So we suggest those routes first. For car rental or an insurer, our certified English copy works well.

Does EMGS Take Your English Copy Of Nepali Or Bengali Language Certificates?

EMGS asks for an accuracy statement, the date, the translator's name and signature, and contact details. Our statement includes all of these. EMGS still makes the final decision.

Can You Work On A Recording That Mixes Sinhala With English Or Other Languages?

Yes. We type out every word, translate the Sinhala parts and keep the English as spoken. Each line gets a time mark, so you can find it fast.

How Long Does A Rare Language Like Khmer Or Burmese Take?

Usually three to five working days for a short certificate. Finding the right translator can add a day. We give a real date before you pay, never a hopeful one.

Can My Malaysian Papers Go Into A Rare Language For Use Abroad?

Yes, for example SPM results into Portuguese or a licence into Russian. First check whether that country takes English, because English is often quicker and cheaper. Some countries also insist on their own appointed translators.

Who Checks The Work In A Language Your Own Staff Cannot Read?

A second native linguist checks it when one is available. If not, a reviewer compares every name, number and date with the original. Nothing is signed until those checks pass.

My File Holds Two Languages, Arabic And Turkish. Can One Order Cover Both?

Yes. We staff each language separately and deliver one combined file. The quote shows each language and its page count on separate lines.

Is My File Safe When A Rare-Language Translator Works Abroad?

Only the translator and the checker see your file. Both work under a confidentiality promise and return the work through us. Ask for an NDA if your file is sensitive.
